Why do we need information about your unsubscribe request?

When you unsubscribe from our email list, we ask for some information about your request. This information helps us to determine whether you are ending an engagement, do not intend to use our services, or have an issue with the contact information on file.

  • If you are ending an engagement, we will move your account to inactive, cease email communications, and retain any data for the time required specific to the type of engagement.
  • If you do not intend to use our services and have never retained our services, we will remove your contact information from our database.
  • If you have an issue with the contact information on file, we will update your information so that you continue to receive appropriate communications from us.
